World Hurdle 2016

I see in a preview Pipe suggests although he want to run Un Temp per Tout ( beaten into fourth last time out in a novice handicap) in a handicap chase the owners perhaps unsurprisingly may want to run the French Champion Hurdler in the World Hurdle . Could Scudamore yet be claimed off Thistlecrack ???

I think the dec deadline was mid-morning and Pipe said after the race he was left in in case something went wrong here. Said he won't run.

Gold Cup next year is already looking like one hell of a race. That made last years renewal look really bad.
 
That was a great race. Three good horses in a line at the second last, brilliant winner sprinting away like Vautour, promising youngster pulling well clear of the rest in second and good old Bobs Worth plugging on for an honourable third.
 
If he jumps a fence they will all be in trouble . Awesome stuff .

Terrific from old bob's worth too and Aux Petit Soins travelled like a dream for a long way and has some engine if they can get a clear run with him .
 
Across generation comparisons are a bit of a dead end but I find this horse to somehow be a more visually satisfying performer than the great BB. He's beautiful and full of sheer power and dominance. Love the way he stretches out. You just know that if anything could get near they would soon be feeling the pressure. Has been a good one for me this season but that's not the real pleasure

the trainer is exceptional too
