    What are you backing Today?

Yes, Danny, that's the way it goes sometimes with horseracing. With the drift to 10/1 guess I should have backed the second one e/w. Never mind, maybe something will be worth a go during the week!

    What are you backing Today?

    Sorry, duplicated for some reason!

    What are you backing Today?

Backed a couple at Fontwell today: 3:00 - Birds Of Prey (at 7/4 with Laddies, decent chance in this.) 4:00 - Tigeralley (at 7/1 again with Laddies, has a squeak at good odds.)

    What are you backing Today?

Really sorry for this poor selection, lamentable performance from Agrapart, Led most of the way, then folded-up completely! :(

    What are you backing Today?

14:25 Ascot - Agrapart (Well suited by ground conditions, proven stayer with stamina-packed breeding to match, decent chance. 5/1 with Laddies for me.)

    What are you backing Today?

Shout Marble, well done! (Lantiern very disappointing, moved smoothly into second place (from the back) entering the straight and then found absolutely nothing. Oh well, that's racing!)

    What are you backing Today?

3:30 Southwell - Lantiern (Ran quite well on debut at Ascot 31-days ago. Nicely bred, could well improve and progress to better things.)

    What are you backing Today?

14:25 Newbury - Mont Des Avaloirs (Switched back to hurdles after fair chasing debut LTO. 6/1 generally available at the moment.)

    What are you backing Today?

14:40 Taunton - Dutching Bodes Well (SP) and Serveontime (10/1) e/w on each plus R/F these two. Price from PP. (Very speculative, and am a bit worried that ATR are saying "There's no way this is good ground" (2017diary comment above.) Still, better stick with it, I guess!)

    What are you backing Today?

2:00 Cheltenham - For Good Measure (Certainly bred to stay the distance and should be happy with the ground.)

    What are you backing Today?

Hope Mamoo will run well in the 16:50 at Huntingdon…………..

    What are you backing Today?

Well, yesterday's effort was awful, could not have been worse, but I'll have a modest punt today on these two, at Chepstow again. There's loads of rain there apparently, so the going will certainly be very soft or heavy, for sure. Win on each, and e/w double: 16:00 Chepstow - Carole's Destrier...

    What are you backing Today?

16:45 Chepstow - Dashing Oscar e/w (Speculative selection for my Saturday punt, form disappointing this season but lightly-raced. Think he might improve a bit). Good luck today!

    What are you backing Today?

Well, that was a right old disaster. Filly certainly did not do justice to her breeding. Oh well, on to tomorrow……….:(

    What are you backing Today?

Wouldn't say I'm particularly religious, but don't think I bet too often on a Sunday! However, one that caught my eye is newcomer Parelli Gold in the bumper at Fontwell (5:10). Excellent German flat pedigree, and I see that she has been backed down from 14/1 early birds to 8/1, currently 9/1...

    What are you backing Today?

Little bit in hand so small win on Empress Ali in the last at Haydock (5:25)

    What are you backing Today?

Thanks Marble, good luck with yours too. Might have a bit on Gossiping as well, but will wait and see how mine get on first. Have a strict daily limit with bets!

    What are you backing Today?

For Saturday have had an e/w Patent with PP on the following at Haydock: 13:50 Natural History 4/1 14:25 Here Comes When 6/1 15:00 Floating Artist 9/4

    What are you backing Today?

16:45 Sandown: Pheidippides has a squeak in this and will do for my Saturday excursion. Still a maiden but has been running well, albeit on the AW. Best price I could find was the 13/2 with Coral (was 9/1 generally earlier this morning).

    What are you backing Today?

Dismal run by my bet, Shanghai Glory, stone last of the far side group! :( Must say, on the Hungerford Stakes at Newbury, Gerald Mosse is the perfect rider for Sir Dancealot. He has always been one of the world's finest jockeys for delivering a come-from-behind horse at exactly the right...
