- Ch'itbello goes to the Champion Hurdle
- Lets Dance taking a walk in the mares market and backed for the Neptune on the back Willies comments in tomorrow’s Weekender (wants stepping up in trip)
- Old Guard can now be backed at 33-1 NRNB for the Coral Cup. Fill you boots!
- and the best - Quevega had a colt foal last night

also worth noting the weakness of limini in the champion hurdle and vroum vroum in the mares/any race
 
Things are generally quiet full stop.

There's also a lot of golf, snooker and football on TV too.

I haven't looked at the Cheltenham form for at least three weeks, maybe a month. There's no point with so many ifs and buts about what is and isn't running and with one exception (which I've now corrected) I've only been backing NRNB. I've been active enough on the betting front for Cheltenham in that time, mainly based on emerging form in the interim.

I'm less excited about the novices tahn usual - hopefully they end up a decent lot

None of the Championship races strike me as top class either

I have post holiday blues really so ignore me

Once everything kicks off, it will all be rose tinted glasses again
 
Heard someone say yesterday that it's likely to be a bookies festival compared to recent years and I think that's right. So many races are a head scratcher.

Mullins told the Irish Times: "She is in the Champion Hurdle, too, and there's still a week to go so things can change.

"But the mares' race has been the plan all along for Vroum Vroum Mag and I would imagine that's where she'll go."


If you can't trust Mullins who can you trust...
