Forum horse connections

Thanks for all the messages - despite fighting it all day and been walked, trucked and cantered around most of county Meath the vets decided it was best to put him to sleep at 6:30pm yesterday. His heart rate escalated showing signs of discomfort and toxic infection.

He gave us four wonderful battling wins including a very memorable evening at Laytown. We tried to land a couple of touches with him but he decided when it was time to win. A fine big horse with a lot of character,he would take the head off of you as quick as he'd look at you and will be missed badly in the yard. RIP Big Fella and thanks for the memories...
 
If he goes to Chelt ( which is likely )as opposed to Donny I see Rathvinden as the biggest danger

Shantou Magic will attempt to defy 11st 12lb in a handicap in bad ground at Wincanton tomorrow. Can't be too hopeful of winning, but his mark of 138 may turn out to be lenient as he paid the price of having to make his own running in the Challow.
