I can only assume the bottoms fallen out of the market for preying on vulnerable single males and pretending to be a Russian babe!!!

Krizon's coming home!!!

Merci beaucoup, my leedle cherms! It's not so much the bouncer stopping me getting in - it's the size of the door frame! Skweeeeeze... oof!

Heck, it's like being at the controls of a 747 on here - all those fancy wotsits at the top of the reply page. What's that thing that looks like binoculars with a red cross through - no spying allowed?

It's time for the annual migration of racing forum members as the herds change and the fights for supremacy start to show results... both alpha males and alpha females are on the move. Some members are thrown out of one herd and are able to join another but some are not so fortunate....

They can be heard, wandering through the ether, calling for attention and sometimes will meet up with other, shunned, former herd members and a new unit will be formed.

Cyber space - an always evolving environment...

Hmm? News to me, Arders - unless I'm one of the UE's!

Songy - you've been watching too many of those 'My Life as a Baboon' series, haven't you? But that's very apt, old girl, very apt!

That brought up disturbing visions from Windsor Safari Park !

Ohhhh... quelle disappointment! I clicked on one, but it's failed to appear. No doubt hiding in the undergrowth, ready to ambush an unwary posting...

Hello,
I am the guy behind Spoon's website, frogsracing.com.
If I can help anyone with French racehorses, let me know. If you could share the website - as long as you like it - it would be extremely appreciated too.
Manu

Hello, I'm an Irish based follower of both codes, although my preference is for the flat. I'm a regular visitor to the Curragh, Navan, Leopardstown and, less so, Fairyhouse, Punchestown, Dundalk and a few others.

I may even pluck up the courage to post from time to time!

I am a new member, even though I follow both codes I prefer Jumps. I am not an expert on either. I will be in Galway next week. The social scene is great. Thanks to Galileo for the welcome and I might even be brave enough to post something here sometime

Once you've posted, Loosehead, they never let you go. It's not too late, honestly, to bolt for the door now, before you're lashed to your computer chair and forced to participate in debates concerning sectional timings, speed ratings, pacemaking, draw bias, camber, the idiocy of jockeys, the slyness of Clerks of the Course, the incompetence of trainers, the wilfulness of breeders, lengths per second, course entry fees, beef rolls versus pork baps... all I can say is, start taking your multivitamins now and be brave, be very brave!

I'm another new member, found the site after a google search for information about staff ingham and 1953 ceaserawitch winner 'Chantry' my dad was a jockey for staff and Chantry was a horse he broke in and looked after in the yard as a stable lad. I thought this could be a good place to try and see if anyone has any memories of this era, my dad "Digger" Richardson is happily living on the seaside in North Wales and doesn't have active contact with many of his old racing pals other than post and the odd phone call, but i'm keen to try and find some history or maybe even someone who knows him.

I've been advised to post a thread on jumping for fun, but can't seem to find that, if anyone can help with that, please let me know.
