I've not given up on HC yet. Lat Instalment looked really classy but who knows where his future is now, BW will be back I hope, Rubi Light is being aimed at 3m chases next season.

Next seasons JNW chase could have some interesting sorts in it

I thought Flemenstar should have been odds on today but looking at the result did Bog Warrior fall?

Definitely should have been - miseed the 7/4 but got plenty of the 6/4 this morning. BW definitely wasnt right but Flemenstar jumped him silly down the back. Impressive horse and will be following him very closely. Was off 157 going into the race - didnt do anything that would see that drop anyway.

Shark was unhappy with Andrew McNamara after Hidden Cyclone's last run. Some choice language used. Certainly right not to give up on that one...

Flemenstar is a super jumper though, he'll win a lot of races.

Bog Warrior, last of the three runners in the Grade 3 Novice Chase, was reported by his rider Davy Russell to have raced flat today with the racecourse vet reporting the gelding to be 'blowing hard post-race.'

McNamara rode him like he had lost his bottle... slowed him into every fence..never had a cut at them. I could see why the Shark could have been annoyed. Is McNamara gone at the game??
