Racing Replays

sorry for the late reply, yeah i was really just doing it to add what i thought were some important races to yt, which ppl would like to see, but obviously they werent my property i just did too many . The guy who said that 'this sport hates itself' is absolutely right. it probably was that article in the paper, in which case there must have been a conflict of interests within the racing post coz they are/own RUK... ! Anyway.

1991 Irish Derby (hope the link works)

Can’t remember if I’ve put this up before, but this will take you through some of the top English, Irish, French and US Flat races from the 1960s to now. Sea-Bird gets better every time you see him. Couple of races from the 1930s Phar Lap and the Seabiscuit/War Admiral match thrown in.

Excellent site SteveM, no excuses for me being bored at work anymore..Nice one:cool:

Would imagine the ATR replays on the RP website (paying for them when you can view free on ATR) and the International link-up between RUK and ATR will be the first step to ATR charging it's customers for the website (Hugh Taylor tips - just about the only good tipster they have), replays, tv channel etc.

Surely that would totally belie ATR's statement that they are committed to providing information and viewing free of charge in order to increase racing's fan-base, IS?

Maybe allowing the RP site access to its video database is just a good way of getting extra finance in order to keep the ATR site free? Although I can't see why anyone would pay for the ATR replays on the RP site.
