Can't say I have a strong view and think it might be a poor Oaks. The big unknown quantity is the Jarvis filly who, for want of a better cliche, could be anything. Let's hope she shows herself to be very, very good.
As Prufrock has pointed out on his blog, there are a few doubtful stayers that are taking out quite a chunk of the market. Generally I like to go with the solid horses, and in this instance I'd rather have those that are sure to get the trip on side than those you hope do.
I'm looking forward to aftertiming this one.
What did dosage predict about Dylan Thomas?
I have to say Sajjhaa is a laughable price, she's won a crap maiden in a slow time. It's not the strongest Oaks but how she's the same price as Aviate and shorter than the Bolger filly is beyond me. If she was trained by one of the slightly lesser trainers she'd be about 25/1.

I'm wondering if Bolger's filly will be sent off favourite. Should have backed her at bigger prices. 8s is probably the best you'll do now.
She has a good chance - it would be tough to win an Oaks leading all the way from the front though.
Very open race but Akdarena looks like she'll relish it.
New Approach pulled like a train for around 11 of the 12 furlongs!
Yes, you're right, they could well take that approach.
The thing with form about horses at this stage of their careers is it only tells part of the story.
Galileo - are you still holding on to your Cabaret bet? I think she's got a cracking chance.
I thought that was what the other filly was in there for?
