The amount you win is only any good if it amounts to more than your opponent. That way you beat them and score a point for your team.
Like I said if someone wants to run an indvidual scoreboard alongside the team event, I think that would be welcomed. Especially as we have a topical link to the world athletics championship so could award Gold, Silver and Bronze.
In any event it would be a shame to see Jinny go away empty handed having carried this team of nursing home candidates single handedly, so at least they'd be a meritous consolation and the chance for the Zimmers to claim a standard bearer in their name, and leave the whole thing unsettled.
It's a shame she couldn't register her dog, cat and hamster as TH members and see if they could perhaps get a place on the team

The only thing I've got is a tactical discussion and an indication that you'd replicate Kirsty.
You should have it timed as a 'sent item' in your out box.
Gareth? IT question, is there anyway we can confirm what was sent (or not) regarding Trudi's winner? What would we require Trudi to send? a screenshot?
Arkers has gone in late and according to the rules should be timed out. Luckily he was up against the Whippersnappers youngest member and there was never ever any chance that Simon would have the discipline and concentration span to see out 4 days. So it proved, and he fell at the second fence. The Achilles heel of the whippers is starting to emerge. Quick out the blocks they might have been, but have they got the stamina, orgainsation, and discipline to see out the course and distance? Well they're losing a player a day at this rate. Perhaps the concentration span of this enfeebled GCSE generation is being shown up? "cos itz borin innit".
The plodding and durable zimmers have gone marching on, (even if Arkers has had a bit of trouble with his alarm clock). Bit of remedial attention needed to the Whippers at this rate.
