in a similar vein..in the 5.55..i get Dzesmin just the best horse in these conditions...his 2nd at newcastle over 12f off 62 reads well..now back on 60 and getting a slightly easier test than there..I think he could pop up today..has run in higher class races most of the time over the last year

Hard to fathom why Resurge is such a big price in the 4.45, usually runs against higher rated rivals than these, has won on soft ground over distance at Epsom, has a decent chance imo with the top two in betting raised in the h'cap.

You do like that formbook! Well done.

Shallow Bay is a short runner and I can't see heavy ground suiting him-can't understan why he is dab for this race at Wincanton.

have layed Astrology in the 2.05 - female side of breeding wouldn't suggest the ground will help here..plus all form to date unusually on Good ground

same scenario with Brown Panther in the 2.35

Sheesh that's twice in two days you are laying a horse that I have had decent bets on, yesterday being Gabrial. I got a good price last nite so much ahead the current prices even with a hefty rule 4. Hope your wrong today :)

i wouldn't worry Brendan..i can't pick me nose at the moment..good luck

No bet, so no agenda but that was a no brainer for me.
Beaten a sh hd and they let the result stand.
Or is the rule if you interfere with the opposition early enough it doesn't count.
Can't believe it even warrants a discussion.

I was on the winner and would have gotten paid regardless but if I was the owner of the 2nd I'd be very unhappy. You really do wonder what has to happen to have horses disqualified in Britain.

6.00 Ascot Graphic Guest should be one of the better even money shots..comes out of a fast run maiden last time..that has already netted one decent winner

a max bet for me..gulp

Love a big handicap and Haydock's Swinton Hurdle is just that - Dougie Costello is a seriously underated jockey IMO particularly when riding for gambling yards and he teams up with Tim Vaughan today to partner the ex-Irish Ruler Of All an easy winner of a Maiden Hurdle at Thurles on his second outing for Edward O'Grady back in February 2011 from the NTO graded hurdle winner Little Green (now rated 126). ROA went on to score again in March that year by a narrow margin from the useful Organisedconfusion, he's had just the one start for Tim Vaughan at Newbury back in December when under top weight and partnered by Aidan Coleman he travelled well enough prior to weakening 2 out and eventually pulling up. He wore first time blinkers for his Thurles win and again for his Gowran novices victory whilst they were left off at Newbury and the headgear is back on again today in the shape of a visor (didn't wear this on the flat either), the 4lb drop from Newbury will also help and he handles ground with cut as seen with his two wins in Ireland, at 40/1 he looks a cracking E/W bet to me.

Ashley & Pudsey winning Britains Got Talent tonight would do me a nice favour-Im on at 10/1 -currently about 7/4.

Chachamaidee should spank these in the Chartwell, the 2.10 at Lingfield. Strong traveller with a sharp turn of foot should be suited by the polytrack. More chance of her running her race than Best Terms who might not stay or have trained on, and Fallen For You strikes me as likely to be seen to best effect over a longer trip.

Maximum confidence usually proves expensive, but going in hard!

Mmmm; I thought that Fallen For You travelled all over them in the Fillies mile until running out of gas entering the dip.
Seems from JG's comments in the post that she's running here to learn to settle, but I still think she'll have enough speed to win it.
We shall see.
