    Training Fees

well, we are owners ourself and can truely say that training fees are important, but not THE MOST important. location springs to mind first, whether I do like the guy who is taking my horse, too. his facilities determin the price of course, so how can I compare when one has state-of-the-art...

FANTASY BELIEVER - A Horse of a Lifetime

just found this and very sorry to read. he was a real favorite of mine and I just loved to follow him. keeping animals unfortunatly means heartbreak far too often, and always so much harder to take when so young. my commiserations.

    Retirements & Departures 2011

yes, toysome, a son of cadeaux genereux by the way, won the Foret at 50/1 on french pari-mutuel, and he was 100/1 in england. I know, because I backed him there. his first runners are 2-year-olds this year (making Beltaine Fire aka Betty a member of his crop) - not that many runners and hasnt...

not sure its been discussed on here, but looks increasingly likely that german 3yo filly danedream will be supplemented into the field. i know its been donkey´s years since a german horse won the arc, but she couldnt have been more impressive last two times, seems to act on any ground and will...

    Horses We Like

backed dancing rain in oaks, and was of course mortified when murtagh started to make the running. then i saw her flicking her ears, and pricking them all the time. indeed, alert when they do it after line, and normally means something left in the tank as well. also means they enjoy what they do...
