    Breeder's Cup Meeting

One "nice" feature of rip winning would be o'brien winning with a son of Galileo, who obviously failed to win the classic. Man of Iron got him a race with Giant's Causeway's son yesterday.

    Breeder's Cup Meeting

Makes Rip Van Winkle seem to have a superb chance if he breaks alright.

    Breeder's Cup Meeting

Lucky he didn't trip over. Not sure how close it was to happen but would have been horrible viewing.

    Breeder's Cup Meeting

Seen the head on. Disaster as usual for coolmore at the BC.

    Breeder's Cup Meeting

Did murtagh collide with the rail or something? Seemed to make a move, then stop.

    Breeder's Cup Meeting

Good win. Bizarre mid race move though. Might have made harder work of it than needed.

    Breeder's Cup Meeting

Am i correct in saying as it's only been around 2 years, this is an ungraded stakes race? Pity for Coolmore, nearly snuck some serious black type with one of the best bred horses in the world.

    Breeder's Cup Meeting

Perfect from Murtagh, sitting out the back to perfection. Don't think the horse stayed it out, looked on the turn to be making a huge move and then flattened out, but the time spent on the rail early on seems to have saved him.

    Breeder's Cup Meeting

I think Coolmore will be hugely disappointed if Lillie Langtry doesn't win. She'd look to have near a stone in hand on the level i'd expect of the americans.

    Breeder's Cup Meeting

Just looking back at last year's turf, shocking stuff from murtagh. Quite amazing the horse finished so close going the first mile so strong.

    Breeder's Cup Meeting

By the way, I was looking for a good performances package perhaps with some detailed previews and such. Would anyone have anything they'd rank higher than the Daily Racing Form's?

    Breeder's Cup Meeting

I see it as a real tough test for MCM. While i'm not sure about the strength of the division, and the targets of the better members, traditionally sprints in america are more over 6 1/2 and 7 furlongs it seems than 6, with the met mile being a popular choice for some too (for instance the...

    Breeder's Cup Meeting

Looks like a decent renewal, sad not to see sea the stars there obviously. For me this is the most exciting meeting of the year. A love a rare chance to see the OTT american coverage.

    2 Year olds 2009

Sensational performance. Even the second looks a proper horse and he was destroyed.

Sea The Stars - Retirement Announced

Ardross, I don't see how a horse becomes the moral winner by avoiding a race.

    2009 Arc.

If they go real fast early on, which I expect should happen, the field could be real strung out at the finish and we could get a good example of STS maximum effort. I'd suspect Fame and Glory and to a lesser extent Conduit could put in real good performances too.

    Breeder's Cup Meeting

Don't think he stays 10 furlongs on turf, and although i don't know a huge amount about the pro ride, or whatever artificial surface in particular SA has, I wouldn't expect him to figure, unless of course if it was a particularly easy 10 there, given the american style of racing.

Sea The Stars - Retirement Announced

Just out of curiosity, have timeform given F&Gs rating for saturday?

    2009 Arc.

I don't know why so many are dissing the BC Classic. For years it's been the holy grail for godolphin and coolmore. I find it to be one of, if not the most exciting races (in the buildup anyway) most years. This would be even more the case with a European superhorse.

Sea The Stars - Retirement Announced

Definitely his most impressive performance in my opinion, stunning stuff.
